Serving the Greater Atlanta Area From Hiram, GA
Many people start looking for help when symptoms begin impacting sleep, relationships, concentration, motivation, or work. Others reach out after noticing that coping strategies are no longer working, whether that looks like emotional shutdown, panic, irritability, isolation, or using substances to get through the day.
Outpatient treatment can be a strong fit when you need real support and structure, but you also need to stay connected to daily life. You learn skills in session, then you practice them at home, at work, and in relationships, which helps progress feel practical and sustainable.
If you are not sure what level of care you need, our Levels of Care page breaks down the differences. You do not have to figure this out alone, our team can help you choose the most appropriate next step through an assessment.

Levels of Care We Offer
One of the most common questions we hear is, “What level of care do I actually need?” The answer depends on symptom severity, safety, daily functioning, and how much structure you need right now. The goal is not to stay in a high level of care forever. The goal is to stabilize, build skills, and step down gradually to a level of support you can maintain.
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for weekday structured support when symptoms are significantly disruptive
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for structured care with more flexibility to work and maintain responsibilities
- Virtual IOP for structured care through telehealth when commuting is a barrier
- Outpatient Treatment for ongoing therapy and support, and as a step-down from higher levels of care
If you are unsure where to begin, please call us at 470-287-1927 or complete our online contact form. We will help you sort through options and recommend a starting point that makes sense.
Mental Health and Dual Diagnosis Support
We support adults experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, mood disorders, and more. If substance use is part of the picture, it does not mean you have to address everything separately. In many cases, the most effective approach is treating mental health and substance use together with one coordinated plan.

How We Treat
Most people are not looking for generic advice. They want practical tools that help when symptoms show up, and they want a plan that fits their real life. Our approach uses evidence-based therapy and skill-building so you can build stability and momentum, not just insight.
Depending on your needs, your plan may include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to support emotional regulation and relationships
- Trauma Therapy for trauma-related symptoms and triggers
- EMDR Therapy for trauma distress and memory processing
- Individual Therapy and Group Therapy for support, connection, and skill practice
- Psychiatry when medication support is clinically appropriate
